What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, account type and — for agents — your county and brokerage. When you send an inquiry about a property we collect your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and your message. When you advertise we collect your business name, contact details and website. We also keep the properties you save and the listings you submit.
How we use it
We use your information to run the Site: to publish your listing or advertisement, to pass your inquiry to the agent or owner of the property you asked about, to bill and renew paid services, to send account and payment notices, and to keep the Site secure and free of spam.
Who can see your inquiry
An inquiry you send is visible only to you and to the agent or owner who advertised that property, plus our administrators for support. Other visitors cannot see it. Buyer accounts and saved properties are private to you.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or security code; we keep only a payment reference so we can show what you paid and manage renewals.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site work (hosting, database, email delivery and Stripe for payments), with the agent or owner you contacted, and where the law requires it.
Your Texas privacy rights
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, provide a copy of it, or delete it, and you may appeal if we decline. Contact us through the forms on this Site and we will respond within 45 days. Deleting your account removes your saved properties and account details; we keep payment and invoice records where accounting rules require it.
Cookies and email
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep forms secure. We email you about your account, listings, inquiries and invoices; marketing emails, if we ever send them, always include an unsubscribe link.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
